1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Brapua website and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You confirm you are at least 18 years old, or you have consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of Service

Brapua connects people worldwide through AI-powered matching to solve problems together. The Service is in development and planned to launch in 2026. Current features include waitlist registration and sponsor registration forms.

3. User Accounts and Registration

When you register, you provide accurate and complete information. You take responsibility for your account and activity.

Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorized use or a security issue.

4. User Conduct

You do not use the Service to:

  • Violate laws or regulations
  • Infringe rights of others
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Commit fraud or illegal activity
  • Disrupt the Service or servers

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by Maximilian Brunner and protected by IP laws. You do not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or extract source code unless allowed by law or with written permission.

6. User Content

When you submit content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display it for the Service.

You confirm you have the rights to submit the content and it does not violate third-party rights.

7. Sponsorship Terms

Sponsors follow the terms shown during registration. Sponsorship contributions may require a separate agreement. We can refuse or end a sponsorship.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties. We do not promise uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maximilian Brunner and Brapua are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or losses of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Indemnification

You indemnify Maximilian Brunner and Brapua for claims that arise from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms follow the laws of Germany and the European Union. Disputes fall under the courts located in Germany.

12. Changes to Terms

We can update these Terms. If a change is material, we provide at least 30 days notice. If you continue using the Service, you accept the new Terms.

13. Termination

We can terminate or suspend access immediately if you breach the Terms.

14. Severability

If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay effective.
